1.  From the Home screen, open the System Settings menu in your Nintendo Switch menu

2. Scroll down to Internet and select Internet Settings

3. Select the Wi-Fi network that the device is connected to

4. Select Change Settings

5. Scroll down to DNS Settings and switch it to Manual

6. Set the Primary DNS to 104.238.130.180

7. Set the Secondary DNS to 1.1.1.1

8. Save

Note:  if your console connects to multiple Wi-Fi networks, you will need to set this for each network.

1. From the main menu, click the Settings icon

2. Scroll down to the Network tab and select the Settings option

3. Select the Set Up Internet Connection option.

4. Press the Options button on the PlayStation controller on the Wi-Fi network that the device is connected to

5. Choose Advanced Settings

6. Scroll down to DNS Settings and switch it to Manual

7. Set the Primary DNS to 45.55.68.52

8. Set the Secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8

9. Select OK to save the settings

Note:  if your console connects to multiple Wi-Fi networks, you will need to set this for each network.

1. From the Xbox main menu, press the Xbox Button on the controller

2. Use the RB and LB buttons to scroll over to the Profile tab

3. Scroll down and select the Settings option

4. From the General tab, choose Network Settings and in the bottom right, select Advanced Settings

5. Scroll down to DNS Settings and switch it to Manual

6. Set the Primary DNS to 104.238.130.180

7. Set the Secondary DNS to 1.1.1.1 

8. Hit the Menu (or Start) buttons to save the settings

9. Restart the console
